John Armstrong (Army) (October 4, 1959 - April 19, 2012). It is with deeply saddened hearts that we announce the sudden passing of John Armstrong. John was a devoted husband and father of two who spent all of his time both coaching and cheering on his children throughout their sporting endeavors. John loved most sports but had an undeniable passion for hockey and lacrosse. He devoted his time to coaching and took great pride in sharing his knowledge and challenging his players to achieve their goals. John had a strong work ethic, having recently received a 30 yr dedicated service award from his employer CompuCom and also worked evenings as a convener at Scarborough Canlan Ice Sports Arena. Dearly beloved husband of Daniela and loving father of Jason and Ashleigh-Ann.
